Clinical Staffing Solutions is a non-profit (501A) in-house agency for The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), operating since 1998 for the sole purpose of providing highly qualified and skilled nursing personnel to UTMB hospitals and clinics. Our mission is to provide professional, knowledgeable and skilled staffing resources to UTMB Hospitals & Clinics. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality customer service by employing only the very best personnel in the healthcare market. Our vision is to become the premier provider of staffing resources in the Houston/Galveston area through creative, efficient and customer/staff focused operations.

UTMB HealthCare Systems
UTMB HealthCare Systems (UTMB HCS)is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Created in 1994, UTMB HealthCare Systems provides a number of services to UTMB, including managed care programs, clinical staffing placement, and clinic management and leasing. Managed Care services, in particular, are provided through UTMB Health Plans, a licensed HMO with presence in over 20 counties in the Southeast Area.
